Pearl River trimming down its 2010 budget
Facing a drop in sales tax revenue, increased insurance cost and a decrease in traffic fines being paid, the Pearl River Board of Aldermen is having to make some drastic cuts to the 2011 budget – cuts that may mean the death of two community events.
